Current audit
National audit of missed outpatient appointments
This national clinical audit examines non-attendance (DNA) rates, trends and reasons for missed outpatient appointments in Tier 2 community clinics across Ireland in 2024.
It aims to provide reliable data on DNA rates, compare outcomes between counties and identify barriers to attendance, in order to inform a quality improvement plan.
